Don’t be fooled though, the Head of Events is a high stakes role as you’ll be the direct client liaison from escalation point to pitching for new work.  

You’ll oversee the team who manage the agency client portfolio so it’s a big-ticket role.

Everything from client services to contractual queries, networking with potential new players in the portfolio to actually mapping out the what, when and how you can retain and grow the accounts.

You’ll work with internal stakeholders to ensure things happen, whilst keeping your distance from the actual project delivery bit as there’s a whole global team doing that. 

There are 50+ people in the business based across the US and UK, so you know things happen like they should whilst also giving you the chance to make your own mark.
