Job Details
This is a first-class opportunity to join a growing well liked agency to become the BD's number two working on a much loved retail brand. The agency and group has had a very successful year winning new accounts and growing it's team of likeminded, creative and diverse individuals.
The agency is looking for an Account Director with a strong CRM experience in a creative customer experience agency to help this new client to develop loyalty and CRM campaigns to engage and retain their customers. You will have experience of developing strong CRM campaigns that deliver results and be fully conversant with the data team and strategists to unlock data. There are some interesting new projects coming up next year.
An experienced Client Service professional you will be a consummate agency person, you will be friendly and persuasive understanding how you have to challenge when necessary while ensuring the clients see the value the agency is providing.
The account is lively and fun in nature which suits sparky and energetic individuals who enjoy working on something to put a smile on people's faces.
