Job Details

We have partnered with a leading global technology based company who specialise in creating innovative electronic/lighting solutions for some of the most prestigious luxury brands and spaces in the world. They work closely with Interior Designers, Architects and Construction professionals to deliver incredible projects and deliver the latest, most interesting technologies to their clients.

They have a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join their team. They offer hybrid working and require regular visits to both their London and Kent based offices for meetings etc.

The Role
We have lots of exciting things to talk about and we need someone to help us talk about them. Our teams are driven to deliver the highest levels of quality. We want our Marketing to be the same. We have a brand we are proud of. We want someone to deeply care about it, like we do.

As the Brand and Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our internal content strategy and creative marketing materials. You will work closely with various teams to ensure our brand voice is consistently communicated across all of our platforms, including digital, print, and social media.

You will be thinking of new ideas, defining our brand and seeking to gain a deep understanding of the business and what we deliver. You will be heavily involved in our company events and marketing activity relating to them. You will be working hard to produce content and be responsible for the activity and projects of the marketing and graphics team.

You will be an additional member of our client-facing team, mostly based at our London showroom, working closely with the Sales team and reporting to the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development: Create, edit, and oversee the production of high-quality content, including articles, social media posts, company collateral, presentation material; all of which communicates our key messaging to our client base and fellow design professionals.

Creative Brand Visuals: Design and produce visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, infographics, presentations, and videos that effectively communicate our brand values.

Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Director and wider leadership team to define and maintain our brand identity, ensuring all content and collateral reflect that core identity.

Project Management: Lead marketing projects and activity from concept to execution, managing timelines and resources within the team.

Collaboration: Communicating effectively and proactively across the team and throughout the wider business is key. The success of the role will hinge on being outgoing, being nosy and spending time with various teams at different offices and locations.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of content-driven marketing efforts, using insights to determine future campaigns and activity.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in content marketing and design, applying up to date strategies to enhance our brand presence.

Event Coordination: Events are a core part of our Marketing efforts. Whilst event experience is not core to the role, you will be working alongside the wider team to plan, coordinate and execute a series of company events throughout the year.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or brand management, with a focus on creating compelling written and visual materials.
  • A background in luxury construction, interiors, lighting, architectural or a related field is preferable but not essential.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Creativity and an eye for design; graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) would be great, but not essential.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
