Business Development Manager - Immersive Events Agency - London/Hybrid
 
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for immersive experiences?
 
DNA Recruit are working with a pioneering Immersive Agency known for crafting multi-sensory experiences for global brands. From hyper-reality experiences to large-scale entertainment events, they deliver memorable moments through cutting-edge technology and creative concepts that captivate audiences worldwide.
 
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your role will involve:
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within target industries
  • Developing and executing effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create lead generation campaigns
  • Providing sales leadership and mentoring to the team
 
Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
  • A strong track record in sales, preferably within the creative or experiential industry
  • A deep understanding of the immersive experiences market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively
  • A proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
 
Key Performance Indicators
  • Achieve £2M in new business revenue for FY 24-25
  • Deliver 25% year-on-year revenue growth
  • Establish three new long-term partnerships with multinational brands annually
