Account Executive – the brief
You will fit right into the team if you are a team player, ready to get stuck in. You should have a positive attitude and an open and curious mind that is motivated to deliver knock-out work. You come armed with a good attitude to work, can focus on the detail and the big picture, and have fantastic interpersonal skills. Finally, you’ll have tonnes of enthusiasm for brands.
The day-to-day responsibilities are varied, but include -
- Setting up and attending client meetings
- Note-taking and the creation of status report and contact reports for distribution to clients
- Creation and maintenance of project schedules
- Help manage branding projects from kick off to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, artwork) to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Proofreading of documents and assisting with amends and updates
- Assisting with the smooth running of the studio (including where required office management tasks)
- Working with the design team to manage the creation and delivery of assets
- Working with the AMs to ensure projects are delivered on budget
What the role requires:
- A good track record in education
- Some experience (6-12 months ideally) in a marketing role, agency or client side
- An interest in ideas and brand identity design
- Interest in working with global clients and an international mindset
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude
- An ability to work well as part of a team
- A good communicator
- Keen to learn (new tech, design & presentation skills)
- An attention to detail
- A self-starter who can identify the next steps and requirements of a project
