Job Details

We have an excellent new opportunity to join our awesome Performance Marketing team as a Digital Strategist.

Working with the wider Performance and Planning teams you will develop and run marketing campaigns across a wide range of media platforms including Google, Meta and TikTok for one of our largest clients.

You’ll be creating effective end-to-end strategies, supporting implementation and ongoing management of digital marketing strategies, playing a crucial role in helping the agency achieve our goals, in this hugely important team.

We’ll be looking for previous experience within paid media, passion for digital technologies and channels and proven experience in this space.

The Day to Day

  • Lead the development of marketing campaign strategies for our clients, developing media plans that support the campaign strategy.
  • Keep up to date with latest thinking and technologies surrounding digital marketing, to enhance and maintain a good level of knowledge.
  • Provide channel insights to client account and planning teams to inform client briefs.
  • Keep the account teams informed with up to date developments within Paid Media channels, cultivating a learning environment within the agency.
  • Make informed digital campaign recommendations based on market knowledge, research and previous campaign results.
  • Have a point of view on creative assets and the flow of the customer journey for your campaigns, always keeping a lookout for improvements to be made across the customer journey to enhance user experience.
  • Manage the clients marketing budget for maximum effectiveness by defining optimization approaches.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends in the industry is important part of the role, to ensure we deliver innovative approaches for our clients.

Who will you be?

  • Ideally you will have worked in a similar Media Planner/ Performance Marketing Strategist role and have advanced understanding of digital marketing approaches and techniques. Solid knowledge of paid media platform capabilities, and advanced skills working with Google Analytics and MS Excel. You’ll be a strong communicator with the ability to influence account teams and encourage clients to engage with digital opportunities. Advanced knowledge of how to analyse the whole user journey and make recommendations to improve. You’ll be able to analyse and interpret data sets, creating data driven strategies, detecting optimisation opportunities in all activated channels and apply them. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Genuine passion for Digital Performance Marketing, and desire to grow in your career.
